Note: v1.1 or higher is required. This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the "config.cfg" file in the "\18 wos across america" directory. Change the value of the "uset g_console" line from "0" to "1" to enable the console.
